La demanda fue rechazada en virtud de que los accionantes no lograron subsanar las falencias identificadas en el auto de inadmisión.
Luego de verificar que los actores no expusieron razón alguna por la cual se configura un error u olvido de la decisión respecto dela que interpuso el recurso, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.
